Create a config directory:

    mkdir -p ~/gem/v_5.1.1/Configs/Examples/LAM_80x60_ISBA
    cd ~/gem/v_5.1.1/Configs/Examples/LAM_80x60_ISBA

Then copy the config files from the example directory into you config directory:

    cp ~winger/gem/v_5.1.1/Configs/bcmk/LAM_80x60_ISBA/* .

If you get "Permission denied" let me (winger.katja@uqam.ca) know your Alliance username and I will open the directory for you.


Once you are ready to run your first "real" simulations, ask me (winger.katja@uqam.ca) or one of your colleagues for a set of config files you can start from!
