Are you just having display problems (can't open a window on the servers) or can you not even connect to the servers?
From which OS are you trying to connect, Windows, Max or Linux?
If you are using Windows, are you using WSL to connect? If not, how are you trying to connect?
Are you connecting from inside UQAM (connected via cable to the internet on the 6st or 7th floor of the PK) from outside?
If you are connecting from outside are you using the VPN or are you connecting via one of the hoppies?
